Are there any dress code requirements?

We do not require a specific dress code for our events, anything that makes you feel comfortable is fine. Most people in our audience attend our shows business casual.

Can I take photos during this event?

We try to make our shows enjoyable for the audience and the performers, so if you are planning on taking a picture, please no flash!

How much time in advance should I arrive?

We recommend our public to arrive 15 minutes early, chat with the rest of the audience and get a drink before the show starts. It’s a great way to ease into the magic!
If you need to collect your ticket, a 30-minute window is recommended.
Please don’t be late. If you are, we’ll try to seat you as soon as possible. Take into consideration that some acts have lockout periods.

How long will the concert last?

It varies, but most orchestra concerts are about 90 minutes to two hours long, with an intermission at the halfway point.
